1. Atelier Protocol
By engaging with Velvet Strands, you agree to abide by our atelier protocols designed to maintain a serene and premium environment for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts this sanctuary.
2. Reservation & Cancellation
To respect our artisans' time, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.
3. Service Guarantee
We strive for perfection in every session. If you are not entirely satisfied with your transformation, please inform our management within 72 hours of your visit, and we will do our utmost to rectify the results.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including cinematic imagery and editorial vision, is the property of Velvet Strands. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability
While our artisans use the finest products and techniques, Velvet Strands is not liable for allergic reactions or unexpected results due to undisclosed hair/medical history.
